Maria Hudson-Davis, BSN, RN, OCN
Being healthy is the foundation for living your best life. I have been an RN for twenty-four years and worked in Oncology/Infusion nursing my entire career. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as, infusion centers and clinic settings. My nursing career has allowed me to fulfill my passion for helping people along their health journey. We all have a unique bio-individuality and one size does not fit all.
I also have a passion for health promotion and disease prevention. I believe the body has the ability to heal itself with the right support. I completed the health coach program through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and I am very excited to share my knowledge in this area of health and wellness.
In addition, I am a wife, mother of two teen girls, and three dogs. Needless to say, I value the importance of self-care and know we all need to make time for ourselves.
Natasha Padilla, BSN, RN, OCN
I was always drawn to Health and Wellness. For this reason, at a very young age, I began my career in Healthcare. In fact, while enrolled in High School, I began taking classes at a vocational school that allowed me to obtain an LPN, at the age of 18, when I graduated from High School. This was when it all began for me. At the age of 18 I began working as an LPN in the field of Oncology.
While working full time and attending College full time, I was able to apply everything that I was learning in school to my work. Upon completion of College, I continued my Nursing Career in Oncology, obtaining my OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) and today I am proud to say that I have been a RN for nineteen years and I have worked as an Oncology/Infusion nurse in many different settings. Through my career I have had the opportunity to work at the bedside as well as a Clinical Supervisor and have help many individuals through their journey to achieve Health and Wellness. Working with Oncology patients has been such a blessing to me!
Currently, I’m a Graduate School Student with plans to become a Nurse Practitioner in 2020. This role will expand my scope and abilities in Health Care and broaden my expertise in the promotion of Health and Wellness and Disease Prevention.
I have been married now for 14 years, the Mother of two Boys and one Girl. We also have a two-year-old Fur Baby. I look forward to applying my knowledge and expertise to each client encounter, with the goal of improving Health and Wellness.
